She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry L. Knox and Ester Harrell (Thomas); her husband Elder Iotha Cunningham Sr.; her son Iotha Steven Cunningham, Jr.; and her brother Samuel L. Knox.
She is survived by: her children, Britis Cunningham, Pamela Cunningham, Natalie Harris (Courtney Harris, Sr.), Sharon Cunningham, Malcolm Cunningham and Adaryl Cunningham; and her sisters, Willa Mae Brandon, Johnnie Thomas and Geraldine Marble. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
