He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kafoure and Gloria Kafoure; and his brother-in-law Jeff Klivansky. He is survived by: his children, Christina (Chris) and David (Rodrigo); his sister Denise Klivansky (Jeff); and his sibling's children, Jake (Nikki) and Jordan (Matt).
