He was predeceased by: his son Richard Lee Spencer; his parents, Leonard Wilson Spencer and Anna Joyce Spencer; and his stepmother Margurite Spencer. He is survived by: his significant other Shanette Irene Spencer; his children, Shellie Spencer Law (Ron), Steve Spencer (Debbie) and Lorie Spencer Gouker (Randy); and his granddaughter Megan Spencer. He is also survived by 7 grand dogs.
