She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Moore and Mary Audrey Estes Moore; her husband Harold V. Smith; her brother John "Jack" Moore; and her niece Jo Ellen Moore Rousey of Pendleton, IN.
She is survived by: her nephew Jeffrey Moore (Jill); her great-nieces, Jennifer Givens (Keith) of Anderson, IN and Jessica Moore (Cameron) of Pendleton, IN; and her nieces, Corben, Madison, Elsie Givens of Anderson, IN and Coco Kitty.
