He was predeceased by: his mother Olive Hollingsworth; and his siblings, Barbara Poorman Deanna Hollingsworth (Douglas), Austin Hollingsworth, Ernest Hollingsworth and Kenneth Hollingsworth.
He is survived by: his brother Herman Hollingsworth (Lorri Hollingsworth); his children, Chelsea Hoffman Emily (Jerome) and Coby Hollingsworth; and his grandchildren, Clayton Hollingsworth, Zach Hoffman, Nic Mohler and Karlie Hoffman.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 4:00 PM.
