It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Ross Ackermann (Indianapolis, Indiana), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on August 5, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his children, Lisa Ackermann, Tom Ackermann (Lori) and Mike Ackermann (Wynter); his grandchildren, Will Ackermann, Nick Ackermann, Morgan Ackermann, Kelsey Ackermann, Adam Ackermann, Jake Ackermann, Holly Ackermann, Danny Ackermann, Jackson Ackermann and Madison Ackermann; and his sisters, Jill Jones, Lois Jones and Lynn Ackermann. He is also survived by his parents, and is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Jacks family respectfully ask and gratefully appreciate any contributions in Jacks's name be made to St. Vincent's Hospice Center, the St. Vincent's Cancer Center and St. Pius X Catholic Church.
