He is survived by : his close friend Dallas Cundiff; his parents, Ronald Smith and Nancy Smith of Hudson, FL; his sisters, Rhonda White and Andrea Ritzi (Sean); his stepdaughters, Ashley and Lindsey Cundiff; his nieces and nephews, Haley Bockelman, Jesse Rae Dunham, Kara Ritzi of Charles Joseph and Eric Walden (Michelle); and his great-niece Kalia Fox.
