He was predeceased by : his parents, Elder Roy Boone and Willie Arties Jackson-Boone of Miami, Florida.. He is survived by : his wife Shirley Boone; his children, Karen Worthen (Anthony), Barry Worthen and Irwin Bonja Worthen (Annie); and his siblings, Francis Gray, Gwendolyn Larkins, Jr. (Quinton), Sheva Boone, John Boone (Frances), Daniel Boone (Rennie), Rickey Boone (Renal) and Samuel Boone. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
