He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gertrude May Grove (Nolan) and Louis Calvin Grove, Sr.; his wife Joyce Adair Grove (Harris); his sisters, Maxine Godwin (Jack) and Lois Cook (Elmer) of Red Bluff, CA; his grandfather Nolan; his children, Julie Pitts (Douglas) of Indianapolis, Janet Grove Miller (Kirk) of Mattoon, IL and Jeff Grove (Christiane) of Kirkland, WA; his grandchildren, Dr. Elizabeth Pitts Kim (Samuel), Benjamin Pitts (Katie), Rachael Pitts Bahl (Anugrah), Devon Grove and Erin Grove; and his great grandchildren, Kingston Louis, Sloane, Elle, Ford Pitts, Johnny and Hannah Kim.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial gifts be made to the Surprise Valley Community Church where Lou and Joyce were married.
