It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Hays (Indianapolis, Indiana), who passed away on June 16, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Richard A. Hays; her parents, Jesse Smith and Roxy Smith; and her sisters, Ruth Pence, Iva Blackburn and Velma Wright.

She is survived by : her sister Catherine Louise Pierce (Charles); her daughters, Sharon Pugh (Dave) and Rebecca McMillan (Mike); her grandchildren, David Pugh (Beth), Eric McMillan (Julie) and Shannon Newby (Erik); and her great grandchildren, Abe Pugh, Caroline Pugh, Averie Newby, Julianne Newby and Clare McMillan.
