He was predeceased by: his siblings, James, Daryl, Rick, Oma Logsdon and Sherry Lee Spencer.
He is survived by: his daughter Kerri Anne Thomas (Chris) of Lebanon; his sisters, Teresa Ennis of Indianapolis and Sharon Logsdon (Jeff) of Beech Grove; his grandchildren, Aaron and Joshua Hedges; and his great grandchild Kaylee Anne Hedges. He is also survived by numerous extended family and close friends.
