He is survived by: his spouse Lorraine Marie Fuchs; his children, Karen Marie LeStourgeon (Sam), Paul William Spencer (Julie) and Susan Annette Spencer of Indianapolis; his grandson Ryan Spencer; his children, James Robert Spencer and Debra Lynn Levi (David); his sister Mary Ann Weltzien (James) of Crystal Lake, IL.; and also, Andrew of Burlington, VT, Thomas, Sarah Trueblood (David), Lauren and Jessica. He is also survived by three children, six grandchildren, and one great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions may be made to St. Vincent dePaul Society.
