He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Jr. Sanders and Gladys P. Sanders (Miller); his stepmother Mary Ellen Harris-Sanders; his sister Connie Rausch; and his stepsister Dollie Zito.
He is survived by: his wife Jennye Sanders; his daughters, Ashley Clark (Chad) and Andrea Sanders; his granddaughter Lilly Clark; his sister Jeannette Tucker (Wayne); his stepsiblings, Richard Harris (Anna), Kenny Harris (Carla) and Marsha Coley (Frank); and his pet Sasha Belle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
