He is survived by : his wife Julie Boese (Koch); his daughter Stephanie DeJulio (Nick); his grandchildren, Vivian of Olathe, KS, Vincent Monsivaiz of Olathe, KS and Giada DeJulio of Olathe, KS; his son David Boese (Ashleigh); his grandsons, Michael Spears of Indianapolis and Noah Boese of Indianapolis; and his sister Jean Hutzel of Indianapolis.
