He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Fiscus and Sandy Fiscus (Goad); his wife Debbie Fiscus; his brother Bill Fiscus Jr.; and his niece Sheri Fiscus.
He is survived by: his children, Tyler Fiscus of Jasonville, IN and Tiffany Elkins (Jeff) of Jasonville, IN; his grandchildren, Hali Elkins and Bryson Elkins; his sister Carla Gambill (Vic) of Vicksburg, IN; and his sibling's children, Dawn Fiscus, Billy Fiscus (Tona), Karie Watters (Mastin) and Jacob Gambill (Brittney).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Cox Funeral Home (218 S Meridian St, Jasonville, IN 47438). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Randy to help with funeral expenses.
