He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jimmy, Joyce Neighbors, David and Thelma Gaskey; and his father-in-law Willie Durbin.
He is survived by: his mother Kathy Darlene Gaskey Neighbors; his children, Specialist Matthew T. Neighbors of Fort Wainwright, Ala and Austin M. Neighbors of Glasgow, KY; his parent Walton Neighbors; his brother Mark Neighbors (Rhonda) of Drakesboro, KY; and his mother-in-law Cyndee Durbin of Bowling Green, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, great nieces, great nephews and a host of cousins.
