He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan E. Worrall and Esther B. Worrall (McKinney). He is survived by: his siblings, Sandy Reynolds (David) and David Worrall (Shannon); his niece Jana Luallen (Danny); and also Kenny Morrison (Peggy).
