She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Lewis and Anna Morrow Lewis; her granddaughters, Angela Jacobs and Melissa Crawford; her son-in-law Joseph Boone; Brent Minton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janie Boone of Charlestown, IN, Linda Finch (Ed) of Clarksville, IN and Brenda Allen (David) of Charlestown, IN; her grandchildren, Crystal Minton, Paul Finch (Diana) and Bradley Allen (Julie); and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Minton, Miley Minton, Blake Finch, Braydon Haycraft, Lauren Jacobs, Kristen Jacobs and Lilyann Allen.
