She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Snelling and Norma Mae Snelling (Smith); and her daughter-in-law Karen Nifong. She is survived by: her husband Dale E. Nifong, Sr. of Utica; her sons, Dale Nifong, Jr. of Georgetown and Michael Scott Nifong (Beth) of Utica; her siblings, Linda Nifong and Mark Snelling (Susan); her grandchildren, Joven Ginkins, Tanner Nifong (Bella), Brenden Nifong (Mattea), Jennifer Crosby, Anthony Holloway (Jessica) and Hannah Nifong (Shawn); and her great grandchildren, Gabby, Carter, Elijah, Kobe, Xavier, Kooper, Greyson, Jaxon, Maverik, Theo, Gianna, Baylor, Aila, Callum and Oaklynn. She is also survived by her neighbors and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home (2515 Veterans Pkwy, Jeffersonville, IN 47130). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SOS Food Bank for Dare to Care, an organization close to Connie's heart.
