He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Palmer Chester, Sr. and Shirley Jean Chester (Raley). He is survived by: his son Justin Holmes; and his siblings, Janice Hazlett (Joe), Sharon Bays (Bob), Jackie Chester, Danielle Cooper (Bill), Stephen Morris (Pat) and Douglas Chester (Heather). He is also survived by four grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
