He is survived by: his wife Cheri Smith; his stepchildren, Logan Chapman, Nickolas Swader and Emma Swader; his parents, Neal Smith (Vickie) and Louella Aker; and his siblings, Tommy Smith, Randy Kalb (Kim), William Smith and Lauren Burton (Wally).
