He was predeceased by: his parents, William, Sr. McCoy and Dorothy McCoy (Pelman); and his brothers, William Jr., Robert and Larry McCoy.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy McCoy (Helm); his children, Tina Smith (Bart), Chris Hall (Dawn) and Harry McCoy, Jr. (Stephanie); his brother Richard McCoy (Leann); and his sisters-in-law, Darlene and Selena McCoy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Ln, New Albany, IN 47150). A burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at the Walnut Ridge Cemetery (2421 Hamburg Pike, Jeffersonville, IN 47130).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
