With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jennifer Balmer of Jeffersonville, Indiana, who passed away on September 6, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Jennifer had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Jennifer may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her brother Terry Balmer (Sue); her siblings' children, Chad Balmer (Andrea), Todd Balmer (Staci), Russell Balmer and Sarah Balmer; her sister-in-law Shirley Balmer; her close friends, Richard Bast and Denise Couch; her parents, Homer Balmer and Mabel Balmer; and her brother Mark "Moose" Balmer.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in Jennifer's honor to the ASPCA or the organization for disabled veterans.
