He is survived by: his mother Barbara Campbell; his sisters, Cindy Warren (Craig) and Mary Ellen Zimmerman (Max); his uncle Robert Campbell; and his nieces and nephews, Jake, Will, Reagan (Zach), Blake, Carmela, Logan, Courtney, Dominic, Nicholas and Izzie.
