He was predeceased by: his father Eddie Abernathy; and his grandmother Niley Sizemore. He is survived by: his mother Norma Sizemore Abernathy; his wife Lisa Allen Abernathy; his children, Amber Abernathy, Johnnie Abernathy Jr., Hannah Abernathy, Alexandria Vincent and Aleeia Abernathy; his sister Michelle Adams; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Adams, Conner Adams, Damien Allen, Deonte Johnson, Teandre Allen, Tiffaney Allen and Treanna Bryant. He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
