Juanita (Sloan) Shepherd Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2023, at the age of 92, Juanita (Sloan) Shepherd (Jeffersonville, Indiana), born in Anco, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kanawha Sloan and Mabel Sloan; her husband Marion R. Shepherd; and her sister Clotine Sloan. She is survived by: her sons, Marion L. Shepherd of Jeffersonville, Indiana and Rudolph L. Shepherd (Rudy) of Jeffersonville, Indiana; her granddaughters, Erika Sloan Dixon (Tyler) of Jeffersonville and Courtney Rae Schmidt (Adam) of Columbus, Indiana; her great grandchildren, Grayson Joseph Dixon and Henry Adam Schmidt; and her half-sister Ivalee Kirby of Arizona.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Cook Memorial United Methodist Church and American Heart Association.
