She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Snow and Herbert H. Powell; her husband Scotty Strange; her sons, Gerald Sparks, Richard Sparks and Jerry Webb; and her brother Robert Orman.

She is survived by: her grandson Christopher Webb; her great grandchild Brooklyn Webb; her siblings, Charles Ball (Barbara), William Orman and Lana Lezcano; and her caregiver Debra Parker.
