She is survived by: her husband James "Pat" Hayse; her children, Patrick, Scott Hayse and Monica Hayse; her siblings, Louie Thomas, Gary Thomas (Ruth) and Bonnie Pierce (Jim); and her sister-in-law Shirley Thomas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and loving extended family.
