She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Gray; her children, Elizabeth "Sue" Lynch and Charles Grider, Sr.; and her sister Margaret Barnes. She is survived by: her stepson Ronnie Grider; and her grandsons, Doug Durham (Robin), Luther Durham and Charles Grider, Jr.. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
