We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2023, at the age of 93, Milley R. Kemper of Jeffersonville, Indiana, born in Morgantown, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Embry and Della Johnson (Geary); her husband Fred Kemper; and her son-in-law Randall Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Thomas and Don Kemper (Becky); and her brother Paul Embry. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
