He is survived by: his wife Bev Hurlbut (Hennegan); his sons, P. J. and Jason Hurlbut; his parents, Phil Hurlbut and Ruella Hurlbut; his stepchildren, Emily Cotner (Jason), Ben Hennegan (Sam) and Lucas Hennegan; his grandchildren, Camrin, Caleb, Carsyn, William, Parker and Molly; and his siblings, Cheryl Moeller (Richard), Randy Hurlbut (Maxine) and Tim Hurlbut (Liz).
