She was predeceased by: her father Charles Fulton; and her brother Dink Smeltz. She is survived by: her children, Mark Ogburn II, Fancy Fulton, Stevie Mefford (Dalton) and Kacey Jones (Matthew); her mother Kathy Kellams; her siblings, Fancy Fulton-Smith (Mark), Charles "Rick" Fulton (Twana) and Kevin Fein (Kristi); and her grandchildren, Dastan, Arabella, Remington, Brinley, Everleigh, Elli, Willow and Quinn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
