He was predeceased by: his father Terry Ray Worrall Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Applegate Dunaway; his wife Melonie Carlisle Worrall; his children, Shane Austin (Adam Austin) and Emili Bramer; and his grandchildren, Kenzie, Bretley of Annabelle, JR, Oliver and Isaiah.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the David "Red" Worrall Foundation.
