He was predeceased by : his father Terry Ray Worrall Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Sandra Applegate Dunaway; his wife Melonie Carlisle Worrall; his children, Shane Austin (Adam Austin) and Emili Bramer; and his grandchildren, Kenzie, Bretley of Annabelle, JR, Oliver and Isaiah.
