He is survived by: his sons, William Starks, Jr. (Christine) and Peyton Starks; and his grandchildren, Amber L. Starks, William D. Starks III, Briana C. Starks, Antonio J. Starks and Ausetta L. Chiamaka. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives, and friends.
