He is survived by: his wife Linda Payne of Jeffersonville; his children, Jason Michael Payne of Pendleton, Brandon Robert Payne (Charla) of New Albany and Rebecca MaryAnn Payne of Jeffersonville; his siblings, Patrick Payne (Kim) of New Albany, Mary Broy (Dickie) of Utica, Sharon Seese of Jeffersonville and Kathleen Parish (Donnie) of Jeffersonville, Indiana.; and his grandchildren, Keelan, Lexie, Maliyah and Luka.
