She was predeceased by : her son Shane Butler; and her sister Cathie Ann Chappell. She is survived by : her husband Nicholas R. Butler; her children, Tecia Pruitt (Jeff) of Greenfield, Michelle Fetty (Brad) of Decatur, IN and Stacie Butler of Anderson; and her siblings, Bill Thompson (Vickie) of Fortville, Sue Prewitt of Indianapolis, Michele Whelchel (David) of Indianapolis and Ty Thompson (Cindy) of Fortville.
