He is survived by: his former wife Cora Elizabeth Crail; his wife Elizabeth Burton; his sons, Jerry Lee Burton of Kokomo, Joseph Scott Burton of Mason and Matthew Lynn Burton (Starr) of Kokomo; his grandchildren, Sonja Burton, Carter Burton, Spenser Burton, Austin Burton (Summer) and Brittnee Smith (Aaron); and his great grandchildren, Foster, Grayton, Beckett, Levi and Luke.
