He was predeceased by: his grandfather Howard Dias. He is survived by: his parents, Greg Dias and Christina Dias of Garrett; his children, Emmerson Dias and Easton Dias; his sister Madison Dias of Garrett; his grandparents, Neva Lee Dias of Garrett, Barbara and Wayne Clevenger of Dandridge, Tennessee.; and the mother of his children Ashlee Pliett of Laotto. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial donations may be given to help support Blaine's children, Emmerson and Easton.
