He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard T. Howell and Blanche Howell (Vore); his wife Alta Kay Howell; and his sister-in-law Judy Howell. He is survived by: his children, Melinda Howell, Lisa Kruger (Tim) and Timothy Howell (Lisa); his grandchildren, Taylor, Bryce (Azra), Gabby and Landen; his great grandchildren, Emma, Zaeden, Daxden and Sofia; and his brothers, Robert E. Howell (Wanda) and Harold L. Howell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
