He was predeceased by : his parents, Austin Ritchie and Hollie Ritchie (Polly); his former life partner Lillie "Cricket" Ritchie; his son Tony G. Ritchie; his granddaughter Jessica Ritchie; and his siblings, Leonard, Lauza, Hubert, Oscar, Edmond, Marion, Corbitt, Tommy Ritchie, Kizzie VanBurken and Dicy Featherstone.

He is survived by : his wife Diana Ritchie of Kimmell, IN; his children, Bobby Ritchie (Kimberly) of Wawaka, IN, Christopher Morphew of Columbia City, IN, Linda Meyers (Stanley) of Kimmell, IN and Amanda Morphew-Ulm (Aaron) of Fort Wayne, IN; and his siblings, Benjamin Ritchie of LaPorte, TX, Truman Ritchie (Delia) of LaGrange, IN, Lutisha Ritchie of Fisty, KY and Sophronia Godsey (Leon) of Stroh, IN. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
