He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Seymour; his grandparents, Margaret Kapuscinski and James Seymour (Lois); and his uncle Steven Kapuscinski. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Seymour (Kapuscinski) of La Porte; his children, Evan Garay of Westville and Cheyenne Hyatte of Bardstown, KY; his brother Adam Seymour (Sarah) of La Porte; his nieces, Avery, Heidi, Emma and Hannah of La Porte; his nephew Levi Seymour; and his uncles, Joseph Kapuscinski of La Porte, Mike Seymour (Tami) of Niles, MI, Doug Seymour (Cathy) of La Porte and Wayne Seymour (Beccy) of La Porte.
