He is survived by: his spouse Marilyn Yaden Elkins; his children, Linda Wright of Kingsford Heights, IN, Zane Elkins (Marsha) of Kingsbury, IN and Perry Elkins (Sherry); and his siblings, James Elkins of Lacrosse, IN and Elizabeth Todd of Bloomfield, IN.. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
