He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ciboch and Dolores Ciboch; and his adoptive parents, Marie Kozubik and Laddie Kozubik. He is survived by: his spouse Jacalynn Ono; his children, Tyler Ciboch of Argos, Justine Fansher (Nathan) of Wabash and Trevor Ciboch (Anne) of Knox; and his grandchildren, Lennox Fansher, Marlowe Fansher and Clementine Buschman.
