He is survived by: his stepson James Cummings (Tammy); his grandchildren, Zachary Verrett, Adam Forkner (Aariel), Katelynn Cummings, Ashlee Forkner and Abby Forkner (Brenden Shearer); his great grandchildren, Easten Verrett, Alaia Verrett, Alexis Batchelor, Avery Shearer, Caleb Santiago, Saylor Forkner, Colton Forkner and Kinzlee Forkner; his daughter-in-law Susan Cummings; and his friend Shirley.
