She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Smith and Elvia Smith (Coley); her husband Larry Charles Dale; her children, Gerry Dale and Teresa Reece; and her grandson Jeremy Dale.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Dale (Heather), Rebekah Gillum (Bobby) and Larry Paul Dale (Tiffany); and her brother John Smith. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
