He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Gene and Evelyn Conn (Herron); his brother Donald E. Conn; his brother-in-law John Flohr; and his granddaughter Rani Amber Conn.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Conn (Wilson); his children, Richard A. Conn (Rebecca Proctor Cain) and Joyce Ingle; and his sisters, Nancy Brandt (Dave) and Norma Flohr. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
