She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles R. Anderson and Martha E. Anderson (Bonner); her son David Blackburn; her grandson D. J. Blackburn; and her sister Sharon.

She is survived by : her husband Joe T. Blackburn of Kokomo; her children, Kathy Blackburn of Greentown, Bob Blackburn (Tyanne), Gary Blackburn (Bridget) and Trudy Lothridge of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Matt Walter (Stacy), Cory Walter (Illiana), Justin Blackburn, Isaiah Blackburn, Karah Gibson, Jacob Blackburn, Shannon Dennis, Helena Wagoner, Kristi Gamblin, Jessica Boland, Allison Detamore, Zachary Wireman, Tyler Blackburn, Lacey Blackburn, Alyssa Crites, Amber Miller, Chad Lothridge and Jason Lothridge; and her siblings, Bill Anderson and Alice Calhoun of Albany. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
