He is survived by: his spouse Candice "Candy" Flynn (Smith); his daughters, Stephenie Phillips (Paul) of Westfield and Tracy Phillips (Ben) of Kokomo; his stepsons, Josh Flynn of Kokomo and Sam Flynn of Lancaster, California; his grandchildren, Maggie Phillips, Asher Hummel, Avichayil Hummel, Eliana Hummel and Caleb Hummel; and his sisters, Dana Bolinger of Kokomo and Lisa Bandalier (Bill) of Kokomo.
