She is survived by : her husband Mark Cook; her daughters, Tiffany Parks (Derek) and Heather Reed (Cory); her siblings, Steve Phipps (Ellen) and Karen Balog (Mark); and her grandchildren, Jake Parks, Hailey Parks, Colton Parks, Tenley Reed, Kollynns Reed and Kade Reed.
