She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter G. Jones and Elizabeth "Betty" M. Jones (Cox); her husband William E. Scarborough, Jr.; her sister Beverly Scavone (Salvatore); and her granddaughter Heather Ashley Scarborough.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Scarborough (Barry Isaacs) of Pennsylvania, Gary Scarborough (Crystal) of Kouts, Ronald Scarborough of Kouts and Steven Scarborough (Dawn) of Valparaiso; her grandsons, David Isaacs, Andrew Scarborough and Joshua Huffstutler; and her great grandchild Natalie Huffstutler.
In honoring Carolyn's wishes to continue supporting her son whom she lived with, Ron, memorial donations may be made to the family on his behalf.
